Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours from receipt of your order. We will do our best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

Please report any missing products or order mistakes within 48 hours of delivery. After that time frame we will conclude that your order was completed accurately.

If you desire to return the merchandise to us: It must be in resalable condition. Customer pays the return shipping fee. Please e-mail in advance at info@dixiedigs.com  for return authorization.

If for some reason the product is defective- please return to us for an exchange. [Please note: as these are products used on your pet this does not include normal wear and tear due to regular use.]
